Return Process

  Log into your Vastramay account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return pickup.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package and provide you with a digital acknowledgment receipt.

  Refund or Replacement

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement will be dispatched.
