How do I determine the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your chest and waist and comparing them with our chart to ensure a perfect fit for our ethnic and fusion wear.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Standard domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days. International shipping may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes within India.
How should I care for my Vastramay garments?
Most of our ethnic wear requires dry cleaning to maintain fabric integrity and color. Please refer to the specific care label attached to each garment for detailed washing instructions.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link and AWB number to monitor your package in real-time.
